Refund Policies

Sky Kamas allows customers to request refunds for products on reasonable terms.

You are responsible for the information you provide during the process of your order, the name of the game character (EXACT IN GAME Name) that you provide us in your order is the character that will receive the order in the game, please make sure you complete it correctly, We are in no way responsible for wrong delivery if you provided us with wrong name.

We may issue refunds under the following conditions:

Refund processing time: We will process the refund request within 5 business days, but the exact refund time is determined by the processing speed of different banks.
